PIE

PIE is offering free sessions for SVVSD parents at Rocky Mountain Elementary, 800 E 5th Ave, Longmont, CO 80504, during the 2024-2025 school year. Sessions are held on select Tuesdays from 5:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with free dinner from 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The sessions cover various interesting topics in Spanish, with English interpretation available.

Join us to meet other parents, learn new things, and grow together. Dinner, childcare, and a supportive environment are free!

Free Dinner: 5:15–6:00 pm
Parent-child sessions: 6:00–7:30 pm
Rocky Mountain Elementary (800 E 5th Ave, Longmont)

Parents Session:

  • What bullying and cyberbullying look like at school and online

  • Signs a child may be affected and how it impacts their well-being

  • What parents can do to prevent bullying and get support

Children's Session:

  • Vision Board Night: create a vision board to express your dreams, goals, and what makes you happy

  • Positive affirmations to build confidence and self-esteem

Parents Involved in Education (PIE) is a collaborative program that aims to increase parental involvement in the St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD) by equipping Latino parents with the tools they need to support the well-being of their children.
